Maison Albar Hotels L'Imperator, Nimes

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though modern, had issues with hot water and the old-fashioned keys. The service was excellent, especially if you spoke French. The location was very convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was satisfying, with a wide selection available. The facilities were good, but with room for improvement.

The hotel has high ceilings, ornate furnishings, and thin walls, with a room that was pretty pokey due to a mid-century makeover. The dining room opens late, which may not suit everyone's preferences.
